Gentle Beginner Yoga

4:30pm-5:30pm

 

The Gentle Beginner Yoga class offers a gentle portion with a slower pace and postures that allow all participants to stretch and recognize what their body needs, in accordance with each unique individual body.

 

 

 

Restorative Yoga

8:00pm-9:00pm

 

A gentle slow paced style of yoga. Focusing on holding poses for an extended amount of time with the use of

props. The body and mind are able to relax deeply, leaving you feeling restored. Your body will thank you!

Tuesdays

Pilates

6:00pm-7:00pm

 

Pilates is the breath of life! Relaxation of the mind and body is an essential part of any Pilates practice.  Breathing is a movement in it’s own right and therefore has great bearing on the efficiency of each movement.

Body Focus

7:30pm-8:30pm

 

Body Focus...which is that each week a different part of the body is featured for strength and stretching.

 

Wednesdays

Gentle Restorative Yoga

9:30am-11:00am

 

Gentle and Restorative Yoga  offers a gentle portion with a slower pace and postures that allow all participants to stretch and recognize what their body needs. The Restorative Portion uses postures that provide comfort and support to allow for a passive release of muscles. Restorative yoga can help heal  the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you recover from illness and injury or overcome emotional depression and anxiety that are caused by traumatic events such as divorce, loss of job and death of a beloved.

More Core

7:30pm-8:30pm

 

More Core Yoga is a challenging and fun blend of core training and yoga sequenced into a strong, energetic flow. This athletic flow focuses on building the core strength you need to support you in more advanced postures.

 

Thursdays

Lunchtime Yoga

12:00pm-12:45pm

 

Drop ins welcome!! Enjoy a 45 min flow yoga class to energize and lengthen! Go back to work feeling great!

Classical Pilates

Friday Night Flow

Friday Night Flow is a perfect end to the work week. A fun and challenging flow class set to an awesome playlist sure to bring a smile to your face and keep you moving!!!

Sundays

Community Meditation Circle

1:00pm-2:00pm

 

Join Shannon Hugman for a guided meditation to relax and release. Learn how to incorporate meditation into your day to day life.  No experience necessary. This circle is open to beginners and those curious about meditation.  Proceeds donated to a local charity. $10
