Gentle Restorative Yoga

 

Gentle and Restorative Yoga  offers a gentle portion with a slower pace and postures that allow all participants to stretch and recognize what their body needs. The Restorative Portion uses postures that provide comfort and support to allow for a passive release of muscles. Restorative yoga can help heal  the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you recover from illness and injury or overcome emotional depression and anxiety that are caused by traumatic events such as divorce, loss of job and death of a beloved.

More Core Yoga is a challenging and fun blend of core training and yoga sequenced into a strong, energetic flow. This athletic flow focuses on building the core strength you need to support you in more advanced postures.

Classical Pilates

 

Welcome Maria !

 

Maria is on a mission to spread love, mindful movement, and the tools necessary for living a healthy well balanced holistic lifestyle.

 

Maria holds a Classical Pilates Certification from East to West Yoga & Pilates. She will be teaching Pilates once a week at the Yoga Den as well as upcoming wellness and nutrition workshops

 

Pilates is the breath of life! Relaxation of the mind and body is an essential part of any Pilates practice.  Breathing is a movement in it’s own right and therefore has great bearing on the efficiency of each movement.
