We offer a variety of classes that range from restorative, beginner to intermediate/advanced as well as yoga on the water on paddleboards in the summer months.
Warm and welcoming, our cozy space offers a more intimate class setting. We are located right off Goderichs downtown, close to cafes, parks and beaches. If your brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your knowledge of foundational poses, we have a class for you.

After having children, Clare needed a workout that was easily accessible for her and gentle on her body. Yoga was the perfect starting point. It began her fitness journey and had all the added bonuses of calming her mind, and helping her cope with postpartum depression.

Reiki Master/Teacher and Cindy has been working with reiki energy and the chakras since 1999. Graduate of 500 Hr CYT from Devatree school of yoga, Cindy offers a variety of classes and is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone!

Melissa resides in Egmondville, ON. She and her husband are raising a 6 year old sassy little man.
Melissa has always known she wanted to teach. A natural leader since she could speak, Melissa was always choreographing her cousins, friends and sister in dances on the front porch of her parents' house. When she discovered yoga, she felt a connection she never experienced before. Some may say, she found her calling.
After becoming a mother, she knew she wanted to use yoga as a tool to heal her body after pregnancy. She also knew if she needed this tool, other Momma's would too.
It is her hope that she can help women who urn to be Moms, are about to be Moms and of course are Moms find a safe place in her classes, to be themselves and connect to others just like them.

Maria is on a mission to spread love, mindful movement, and the tools necessary for living a healthy well balanced holistic lifestyle.
Maria holds a Classical Pilates Certification from East to West Yoga & Pilates. She will be teaching Pilates once a week at the Yoga Den as well as upcoming wellness and nutrition workshops.
Relaxation of the mind and body is an essential part of any Pilates practice. Breathing is a movement in it’s own right and therefore has great bearing on the efficiency of each movement.
